Scientific exchange and networking among the six German Centres of Excellence for AI Research
The annual meeting of the German AI competence centers, the 2023 All Hands Meeting (AHM), will occur from October 9 to October 10, 2023, in Berlin. October 9 is dedicated to the scientific exchange and internal networking among the AI Research Centers: DFKI – German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, Lamarr Institute for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, MCML – Munich Center for Machine Learning, ScaDS.AI – Center for Scalable Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, TUEAI – Tübingen AI Center and BIFOLD – Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data.

Join the public AI Symposium and learn about cutting edge AI research in Germany
The AI Symposium is the public part of the 2023 All Hands Meeting and it will explore the impact of AI research on science, society, politics, and economy in Germany. All interested parties are cordially invited.
Together with our distinguished guests, among them state secretary Mario Brandenburg (Parlamentarischer Staatssekretär, Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung), state secretary Dr. Henry Marx (Staatssekretär für Wissenschaft und Forschung, Berliner Senat) and Prof. Dr. Sepp Hochreiter (AI Lab, Linz Institute of Technology), we will discuss the following topics:
- What are technical requirements for trustworthy AI?
- How do AI systems impact the transfer from science to industry?
- How can we promote the next generation of AI experts?
