"Geistesblitze" - the science slam about the brain!

On February 11, science enthusiasts will finally get their money's worth again: Welcome to Geistesblitze - the science slam about the brain! As the name suggests, this evening is all about the fascinating findings about the human brain and nervous system. What's going on in the brain? How does the brain become creative? Researchers will provide answers to these and other questions at the Science Slam and you can be there live.
What does a Geistesblitze Science Slam actually look like? 

Finally understanding the incomprehensible and taking amazing new knowledge home with you - all this awaits the audience at a science slam. In a relaxed setting, young scientists demonstrate on stage just how exciting science can be. In just ten minutes, they present the latest from their research in a creative, understandable and entertaining way. 

The proceeds from the event go to the German Brain Foundation.

The Geistesblitze Science Slam is an event organized by the German Neurological Society in cooperation with the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz and Science & Stories GmbH.
